Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high‑volume periods (holidays, product launches, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time Once your order has been processed, it will ship using the method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Tracking Information You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events outside our control

Once your package is handed to the carrier, shipping time and delivery are no longer within our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Wrong Address Disclaimer Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
